Mai Otsuki is a researcher in the human augmentation research center at the national institute of advanced industrial science and technology (AIST). Her main research themes mainly are human-computer interaction, interaction, and xR (VR/AR/MR) systems. She earned her Ph.D. degree from Ritsumeikan University. She was a visitor post-doc student of the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2013, and an assistant professor of the University of Tsukuba from 2014 to 2019.
