Takuya Funatomi is currently an associate professor at the Division of Information Science, Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan since 2015 and concurrently a PRESTO Researcher of Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) since 2020. He was an assistant professor at Kyoto University, Japan from 2007 to 2015, and a visiting assistant professor at Stanford University, USA in 2014. He received B.E., M.S. and PhD in Informatics from Kyoto University, Japan, in 2002, 2004, and 2007, respectively.
