Christopher Kim, more commonly referred to as Chris by pretty much everyone around him for obvious reasons of convenience, received his bachelor’s degree in Technological Systems Management at Stony Brook University located in Long Island, New York. He also minored in Engineering and Technology Entrepreneurship. He worked as the student database manager and admissions officer of his alma mater for three years before starting graduate school. His main interests lie in the realm of measuring the physiological reactions of people reading works of fiction using unintrusive sensing equipment. He is also interested in working to eliminate technological alienation, and is a big advocate of modular design of technology.
