Biography
I am currently a Computer Vision Researcher/Senior R&D Engineer in Computer Vision Team at Kitware Inc. since Feb 2016. I work as an Adjunct Professor at University at Albany, SUNY since Aug 2018. I also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) from Jan 2018 to May 2018. I received the M.S. degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University in 2011 and a B.S degree in Computer Science and Technology from Wuhan University in 2009 under the supervision of Prof. Jianhui Zhao. I got my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Gang Hua. In 2013, I worked as a summer research intern in NEC Labs America. And in 2015, I worked at GE Global Research as a summer research intern. My research interests involve computer vision, machine learning, artifical intelligent and computer graphics. I am a professional member of the IEEE. To date, I have co-published more than 35 papers including top journals such as IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (T-PAMI) and the International Journal of Computer Vision (IJCV), top international conferences such as Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR), International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV) and AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), and have 1 patent. I am also the reviewer for more than 20 top international journals and conferences.
