Yukinobu Taniguchi received the B.E., M.E., and Dr. Eng. degrees in mathematical engineering from the University of Tokyo in 1990, 1992, and 2002, respectively. He was with NTT Corporation from 1992 to 2015. He is currently a professor of Tokyo University of Science, Japan. His research interests include image/video processing and multimedia applications.
