Ryota Hinami is co-founder and CTO of Mantra Inc., a Tokyo-based startup that develops computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools for comics and computer-assisted language learning (CALL) services based on comics. Prior to Mantra, he earned his Ph.D. in the area of computer vision from the University of Tokyo.
