Bao graduated from East China University of Science and Technology, China as a social worker, and a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from Japan Women's University. She also holds a MBA from Nagoya University of Commerce & Business. She has joined Mediva Inc., a consulting and operations company specialised in healthcare since 2015. She has experiences in market research, setting up and operational improvement of healthcare and elderly care services and dementia-friendly design implementation both domestically and internationally. She has a keen interest in the improvement of elderly care systems in China.
